I had a lot of trouble with my insurers so looked for an independent quote. Jeff was very friendly and helpful and explained things the insurers hadn’t bothered to. My car when fixed was also perfect.
If you want a knowledgeable, good value body shop then look no further - also open Saturday mornings which some are not in the Southend area

Very obvious from the get go that Jeff at Fairfax is hugely experienced, fairly priced and trustworthy. Great communication and a wealth of knowledge on cars. Whether it be a simple wing or rebuilding an entire car.
Couldn`t avoid a fallen tree leaving nasty scratches all the way down one side. After some ridiculous quotes chanced on Fairfax Body shop.
Repair was superb and a fraction of the cost compared to others, don`t waste your time getting endless quotes go straight to Fairfax..
